Not sure if you may be suffering?
If you answer yes to any of the following questions, you may be at risk of a sleep disorder:
Do you snore most nights? Does it bother other people? - Sleep Apnea
Are you tired after sleeping and drowsy throughout the day? - Sleep Apnea
The Sleep Resource Foundation's goal is to provide those who suffer from a sleep disorder and the professionals who care for them, convenient access to straight-forward, easy-to-understand information about sleep and sleep related health conditions. Through our educational efforts we hope to increase awareness of undiagnosed sleep disorders and reduce the negative impact on the patient, their families and the overall community.
:: Mission Statement ::
The Sleep Resource Foundation is dedicated to increasing awareness of sleep disorders and sleep medicine to the general population, as well as physicians and other health care professionals through the promotion of educational activities, development of new clinical models, and funding of select research projects. Our goal is to help the public determine whether sleep testing (including in the home) is necessary, and what might be their best treatment.
